About The Center 

The Secretariat of the Committee of Deans of Colleges and Community Service Centers in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries aims to leverage the capabilities and expertise of universities as the highest academic institutions in the Gulf societies to meet the needs of the Gulf community, contribute to solving its problems, and address the requirements of comprehensive development in all social, economic, cultural, scientific, and professional fields within the local communities served by the member centers. One of the main objectives of the Secretariat is to provide opportunities for all individuals in the Gulf community who wish to continue their education, enhance, or update their technical, administrative, or personal skills, according to their preferences and in alignment with the aspirations and needs of local and Gulf institutions, bodies, and organizations. Additionally, the Secretariat aims to activate the role of committee members in all GCC countries.
