About the Secretariat

The Secretariat of the Committee of Deans of Community Service Colleges and Centers in the GCC Countries.

Introduction to the Secretariat:

The Secretariat of the Committee of Deans of Community Service Colleges and Centers in the GCC countries strives to put all university resources and expertise in the service of the various Gulf communities with the aim of meeting the needs of the Gulf community, contributing to solving its problems, and addressing the requirements of comprehensive development in all fields. It also works to raise awareness and professional culture in the local communities within the scope of its members. One of the main objectives of the Secretariat is to provide an opportunity for committee members, including deans of community service colleges and centers in the GCC universities, to exchange opinions, experiences, and expertise, in line with the interests of the institutions, bodies, and organizations present in each country. The goal is to enhance the role of committee members across all GCC countries.

Main Tasks of the Committee:

• Preparing for all annual meetings held in the universities and centers of the GCC countries and corresponding with their members.
• Preparing for subcommittee meetings held in the universities and centers of the GCC countries and corresponding with their members.
• Preparing all annual reports issued by the Secretariat of the Committee of Deans of Community Service Colleges and Centers in the GCC countries and their objectives for all members and deanships inside and outside the GCC countries.
• Preparing all annual meetings related to the meetings of the Secretariat of the Committee of Deans of the host university and all members of the Committee of Deans of Community Service and Continuing Education in the GCC countries.
• Following up on all proposals presented in the committee meetings through the committee members to activate the proposals.
• Sending all official letters via airmail and email to all committee members and corresponding with them.
• Establishing the website that includes all links of the members of the Committee of Deans of Community Service Colleges and Centers in the GCC countries.
